About ME

Hi I'm Lydia Henderson, and I work out of my home on Lake Desoto here in the Village. 

Since I was young I've been an artist, but I realized later in life that God had also blessed me with a natural ability to create beauty inside and outside of peoples homes. When I became a real estate agent in 2001 in Memphis, my clients would trust me to re-arrange their rooms, their artwork, their "stuff", in order to create beautiful spaces for the photos I would need to take for their home listings. By word-of-mouth, more and more people began to call on me to help them work on their spaces too, and thus here I am. 

 I can't explain HOW I do it, but I'm able to walk into a room and instantly assess the weight, the light, the colors, the balance, and the overall feel of the space. Within minutes, I can just "see" where my clients things need to be in order to make the room look its best and have great flow. Recently, I helped a client shift around all her furniture, artwork, and accessories in 3 rooms of her home in about 2 hours. It made such a positive difference for her and she loved it! She also enjoys the compliments her guests give her when they visit her home. 

 THAT is what makes me the happiest....to be able to help people make their spaces look like what they imagine in their head, but can't do themselves.  God even pushed me to take the leap of faith in creating this website, and I honor Him with the name of my design business.
